Water Activities

Horse Riding
Tours are organised from Nouméa, Dumbea, La Foa, Bourail, Thio and the Koné villages. These vary from novice rides to major expeditions crossing the mountain range, mustering cattle and camping in the mountains.
Boat Cruise
Tour in a traditional Melanesian outrigger canoe or venture out in a glass bottom boat and see the wonders of the sea. Kayaking is also readily available for hire.

Find yourself on a fishing expedition of a lifetime. The coral barrier reef off Nouméa is excellent for underwater spearfishing, as are waters around the Loyalty Islands.
