For prepaid dancing event arrangements, selecting a plan with optimal Cancellation Fees, Lost Deposits and Curtailment cover may be important.

The Annual Multi-Trip plan suits those traveling multiple times a year for dance-related events. However, travel insurance cover is not available for destinations with a 'DO NOT TRAVEL' advisory from the Australian Government's Smart Traveller website.
