  2. Continue through and enter in your personal details and email address and make sure you select Yes to EMC and continue.
  3. You will then be redirected to the nib website to complete the EMC form. All your personal details will be pre-populated.
  4. You can click through the 4 pages via the Continue button on the bottom right of the screen, all travel and personal fields will be pre-populated.
  5. Click on 'YES' when requested about Existing Medical Conditions (EMC), which is after all your personal details.
  6. Complete the form and enter in the condition/s you wish to include on your policy.
  7. Once completed you will receive your Quote Number via email.

Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve

Enjoy fine views and secluded streams in the 121-hectare (300-acre) Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve in the Cayo district. The area contains the Hidden Valley Falls, which plunge 305m (1,000ft) into the valley.

Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary

The 40,500 hectares of tropical forest were set aside in the Maya Mountains in 1984 to protect the jaguar population. Other residents include jaguarundis, howler monkeys and toucans.

Bird watching

The Red-footed booby can been seen at the Half Moon Caye Bird Sanctuary.

Historical boat trip

Take a motorboat up the New River from Orange Walk to Lamanai: The spectacular Mayan citadel ruin sits in its own archaeological reserve, which also contains a museum, the remains of two 16th-century Spanish churches and a 19th-century sugar mill.
