Sky diving is a thrilling activity, and everyone should try it at least once in their life.

You do not want to be sick when skydiving.

You may also want to make sure you get a good night’s sleep the night before, skydiving can be a bit tiring and nerve-racking, and you may want to make sure you have full energy. If you are intoxicated by liquor or illegal drugs while you sky dive, you may not receive any coverage. 

 Select a reputable sky diving team for your first jump; you may want to feel as though you are in safe hands when you leap from the plane door. The last thing to remember is to enjoy it, don't stress -  embrace the fall and you may have a ball.
