Travel Insurance Saver policies purchased prior to 2 December 2024 are managed by nib Travel Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (nib), ABN 81 115 932 173, AFSL 308461 and underwritten by Pacific International Insurance Pty Ltd, ABN 83 169 311 193.
For all customers that have purchased a policy after the 4th of December, 2024
Contact Travel Insurance Saver Claims DepartmentPlease visit https://travel.csnet.com.au and follow these steps;
- Register with Your email address
- Once registered You will receive an email to guide You to set up Your password.
- Once You have logged in, complete Your claim details by answering all sections and submit Your claim.
- Your claim will be assessed within 10 business days. We will let You know if any further information/documentation is required.
Alternatively, You can contact CSN during normal office hours 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time on the details shown below. Please provide Your name, address, telephone number, Certificate of Insurance number and a brief description as to the nature of the claim.

If medical attention has been received you should pay and obtain receipted accounts together with a certificate showing the nature of the injury or Illness.
In NO event should a claim be notified later than 31 days after the expiry of the Trip during which the claim occurred.
Important: Any loss or damage to baggage whilst in the custody of Travel Carriers must be notified as soon as practicable in writing to such carriers, but in any event within 3 days, and a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) obtained.
