Perhaps you may be skiing, maybe cycling through vineyards, or just relaxing in a nice spa.

Talking about it is making me want to go on holiday again, but before I do, I know I need to purchase a worldwide travel insurance policy.- Travel Insurance Banner White

Travel Insurance Quote

Traveller’s risk differs based on where you’re travelling, your age, any pre-existing medical conditions, for how long you’re travelling and other criteria encompassing the type of insurance you’re buying.
Travellers’ risk varies from person to person; the risk differs based on age, pre-existing medical conditions and where you will be travelling to. Worldwide travel insurance may protect both your persons and your finances.

Different types of worldwide travel insurance

  1. Medical Insurance- Covers dental and medical emergencies. It is worth looking at the benefits of your medical travel insurance, as well as disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions you might have.
  2. Cancellation and holiday deferment- Protects your pocket in case you have to cancel for medical purposes, or defer for any other reasons listed in the PDS.
  3. Luggage Insurance- Alongside medical travel insurance, is one of the more supplementary cover components of travel insurance. Luggage insurance may protect your basic luggage from loss or damage, as well as other items, such as phone, computer, and individual items.
  4. Comprehensive Travel Insurance- Comprehensive travel insurance may cover you extensively for all aspects of your holiday.
  5. Cruise cover travel insurance – Provides you with basic cover for medical situations while onboard a cruise ship. This extends to medical evacuation as well.
You should always buy your travel insurance from a recognized and well-reputed intermediary or agency, who is underwritten by a well-reputed underwriter. Always read through your product disclosure statement when purchasing worldwide travel insurance, and if possible, speak to someone over the phone about your travel insurance policy.
